    As stated by Stanford Medical, It is really the SINGLE reason this country's women live 10 years longer and weigh 19 kilos less than we do.

    (Just so you know, it has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING to related to "how" they are eating.)
