THEY'RE GALAXIES APART...
Even for a Zetithian, Tarq Zulveidinoe's sexual prowess is legendary. Believing it's all he's good for, Tarq sets out to perpetuate his threatened species by offering his services to women across the galaxy...
BUT ONE FORCE CAN BRING THEM TOGETHER...
Lucinda Force is the sensitive dark horse in a self-absorbed family, repeatedly told that no man will ever want such a plain woman. Lucy longs for romance, but is resigned to her loveless lot in life-until Tarq walks through the door of her father's restaurant on Talus Five...
Tarq and Lucy seemed to be the perfect match for one another. Both of them had their own self-image and self-worth issues that made them believe they wouldn’t receive love from the other. Lucy’s issues stemmed from her family, mostly her father, and Tarq’s stemmed from his believe that all he was good for was sex.

I truly felt bad for Tarq, hearing him talk down about himself. In my opinion he was a very great character. Although his job is sex, he immediately felt and wanted more with Lucy. They both brought out the best in each other. And showed each other they were more than they thought themselves to be.

Their mountain adventure helped them to realize they were meant for one another. With the introduction of Vertigan, another potential suitor for Lucy, it put the very real prospect of Lucy and Tarq not being together in the forefront of both of their minds.

I felt bad for Vertigan, because I loved him as well and wanted him to be happy. I just hope the next installment in this series is his and he finds that happiness. Stud was yet another great addition to the series.

Zetithians have a feline gene that gives the males remarkable sexual prowess. Refugee Dax is no exception-but as a virgin, he has no idea how to use it. His fumbling attempts at romance fail to tempt the beautiful Ava, but he is determined to learn the art of love. Let the seduction begin...

This was my first novel of the Cat Star series, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I believe this is the first romance novel I’ve read that the male counterpart was the virgin. I’d be lying if I said that wasn’t part of what drew me to this book.

Ava is a passenger on Dax’s ship that he has an unexplainable attraction to. Never before has he ever been affected by a woman like this. He’s not sure of how to go about convincing her that she should be with him, so he seeks advice from friends. One is a lady’s man and the other has his one issues when it comes to getting women.

The overall story of Virgin was interesting enough to keep me reading. The sex between them was hot but the romance was a tad lukewarm. The secondary characters provided most of my entertainment. Watching Waroun on his quest to get laid was a major highlight.

Ava and Dax were such likeable characters that in their own right that I couldn’t help but want a happy ending for them.

For a brief moment, it seemed as though her ploy might work, but as she approached, Lars made a grab for her. This time, however, Ava was ready for him. She made a dive for the stove and, hoisting the heavy skillet with both hands, she swung it in a sweeping arc, striking him in the head. Lars dropped like a rock -- a really big rock.
