It's My Blogoversary!!

I can hardly believe it's been a year! But I have loved every minute of it. I hope you have enjoyed it too! Plus it's my BIRTHDAY month!!

I try to share my love of reading and books in general through my reviews, but at times I feel like I should be doing more. I post reviews, participate in memes, host giveaways, etc., but I feel as if I should have more open discussions with my followers.

What do you all think? Any suggestions on what I should add here at Book Obsessed to make the years to come even better?

Check out this new site, Giveaway Scout, that I found that strictly focuses on giveaways. They have all these contests and giveaways posted on their site that a lot of popular blogs are hosting. So you no longer have to constantly search for giveaways, Giveaway Scout has them all in one place for you to find.

Another Off Topic...

Since I'm always spending so much money on books whenever I notice one that catches my eye, or one by a favorite author that's not in my collection, I've been trying to budget better. So I happened upon this site while trying to find a FREE alternative to Quicken.

I've only been using these site for 2 days now, but I've completely fallen in love with it. It's Mint.com! All you do is link your accounts, such as savings, checking, etc. and it puts together a monthly budget for you or you can enter in your own budget perameters. Mint will create pie charts and bar graphs to illustrate how and where you spend your money.
