Conner Creed knows exactly who he is: a hardworking rancher carrying on his uncle's legacy in Lonesome Bend, Colorado. Maybe a small-town cowboy's life isn't his dream, but he owes the man who took him in as a kid. Until the identical twin brother he's been estranged from for years reenters his life.

Conner struggles with identity issues as he gets to know his wilder brother. And then he meets Tricia McCall, a beautiful woman who knows a thing or two about living someone else's dreams. Together, they just might find their own dreams right here in Lonesome Bend...
Conner and Tricia had a mutual attraction to one another, but I think it started with Tricia first and then Conner noticed her. Tricia is just in Lonesome Bend temporarily while Conner is looking for some one for the long haul. Problem is, not only is Tricia planning to leave Lonesome Bend for the bright lights of Seattle, but she also has a guy waiting back there for her return.

I enjoyed the interaction between these two. Both of them were interested, but meither would act upon it. Conner is a strong, solid man that any women would love to have, and when he loves, he loves deeply. Both characters are likeable in their own right apart from each as well as together.

Conner's relationship with his brother has always intrigued me. Withe Creed's Honor, we get to see a lot more as to what went wrong with these two. I've always liked both Brody and Conner, and I so look forward to his story. There were a lot of little teasers into Brody's character that I look forward to exploring.

As always, another great smokin' hot cowboy by Linda Lael Miller!
